Lifting rotary table

The main function of the rotary lifting table is to rotate, raise and lower the wire magazine up to a weight of 5000 kg. When designing the lifting table, we did not choose the standard way of using hydraulic pistons, which are commonly used for such loads, but which impose increased maintenance requirements. Our goal was to offer the customer a reliable, robust solution with minimized maintenance requirements. For lifting the load, we therefore chose a series of lifting gearboxes that perfectly meet these requirements and ensure a lift of 850 mm. Due to the nature of the operation in which the device was installed, we chose a high safety factor for the design solution. Together with the equipment, we also supplied the customer with complete documentation with an EC declaration of conformity, operating and maintenance manual, a list of spare parts, complete production drawing documentation, risk analysis, TÜV certificate and a static calculation that proved the correctness of our design solution of the rotary lifting table .
